Cancellation policy
Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure.

Up to 31 days prior to arrival date: $100 p.p.
30 to 15 days prior to arrival date: $100 p.p. plus 1 night
14 days or less prior to arrival date: 100%

Deposit, Final Payment, and Cancellation penalties may differ for special events, select hotels and tour packages. You will be advised at time of booking on your invoice.
