1. Deposit: 30% of total payment
   On receipt of your deposit, we will send you confirmation of your booking along with details for the payment of the balance. The booking will not be accepted until the deposit is received.
2. Full Payment
   The rest of the payment is due upon your arrival.

Cancellation policy
Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure.

• Up to 30 days prior to arrival date: no fee
• 29 to 15 days prior to arrival date: 20% of total cost
• 15 days or less prior to arrival date: 30% of total cost

Changes
If changes are needed in your guide requirements, please advise at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
