Fuel is not included in the renting price.

Release form
Adventure travel carries a higher than normal risk and a signed release will be required from all participants before tour departure. This is signed on the first day of departure on each separate touring module if part of a larger package.

Liability
As with other tour companies, Visit Mongolia acts only in the capacity of an agent between tour members, travel service companies and other suppliers in all matters relating to arrangements for tour components. Visit Mongolia has no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of these travel service suppliers and assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damages, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity, from whatever cause, during a trip and for other circumstances beyond its control.

Insurance
We strongly recommend that passengers have their own travel insurance against illness, injury, loss/damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the confirmed departure date.
