REPLACEMENT COST PRICE
If you wish to buy an item you have rented, or become responsible for its replacement cost price due to loss or damage, the price charged will be that of the deposit for such item.
CANCELLATION
Once a deposit has been made, Visit Mongolia will accept cancellations in writing. Terms are based on the date the written cancellation is received and are as follows:
- 21 days or more before the supply date: no charge
- 21 days or less before the supply date: amount of the deposit
LOSS/ NON-RETURN
From the time Visit Mongolia supplies the equipment until your return to our facility, you are responsible for the equipment at all times. No insurance is provided against loss once supplied. Equipment not returned by one week after the scheduled return date will be assumed lost. In such event, deposits will be retained as the replacement cost price of the equipment.
DAMAGES
Visit Mongolia assumes a small amount of normal wear. However, damaged or missing parts noted upon return will be charged against your deposit for repair or replacement. You may purchase any damage item as noted above.
